Georges Savarino Asset Investment Manager
Georges is responsible for asset, investment and development management at Schofield & Partners.
In this capacity, Georges is pro-actively committed to advise and support our clients on complex acquisitions or developments schemes in all property sectors, including mixed use.
Georges first graduated from Law School with a BSc in Business and Law Management, thereafter from Essec Business School in Paris with a Master’s in Real Estate Management and Finance. His two complimentary degrees, coupled with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of real estate investment, offer our clients unique solutions to deal with complex real estate and allied issues.
Prior to joining Schofield & Partners, Georges was Senior Asset Manager at Foncière des Régions and Affine Group Real Estate. He was then managing the acquisitions, management and disposal process of many types of assets in demanding environments.
Georges, offers clients a full understanding of the real estate acquisition process including due diligence, cash-flow analysis, financing, deal structuring and asset management.
