Educated internationally both in Switzerland and England, Jennifer has graduated with a BSc in International Hospitality Management from the renowned Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.

Jennifer assists in the Corporate Real Estate department, utilising her strong analytical, real estate and corporate finance acumen, accounting and research methodology expertise.

Primary responsibilities within the team are property marketing of both Leasehold and Freehold properties, research and market analysis to support client decision making processes together with allied real estate consultancy services to support Schofield & Partners primary business lines.

Jennifer’s, detailed knowledge of the hotel industry acquired through her studies and various internships make her a valued and welcome member of the Schofield & Partners team.  Thanks to her local market knowledge, she can offer owners and operators a comprehensive range of advisory and quality services. Jennifer can also coordinate with our capital market department to structure beneficial market transactions.
