Karl Frank Meinzer (MRICS)
Frank is the Director for Business Development at Schofield & Partners focusing on integrated Corporate Real Estate solutions. He engages with both existing and new clients aiming at providing integrated one stop service concepts for international asset, property and facility management.
Frank’s forte is in the identification of space related cost optimization strategies and service integration concepts to increase the value of a given portfolio across locations. He identifies win win solutions through controlled & monitored outsourcing, based on the proactive introduction of transparent key performance indicators and service level agreements.
Frank has an in depth knowledge of corporate real estate planning and introduced real estate lifecycle related processes in global corporate organisations. His first hand corporate client expertise paired with his entrepreneurial spirit enable him to understand corporate client needs and to propose innovative service solutions. He has been successfully implementing innovation centers and the new office locations for large global corporations and acted as member of global CRE leadership committees focusing on real estate best practices transfer and the introduction of global KPI’s. He also introduced harmonized global RFP and contracting procedures.

Frank is Vice Chairman of the European Commission KIS Horizontal Steering Committee and Secretary General of a related European non profit association for intelligent buildings. He is also member of the Corenet association and represents Schofield & Partners in this organization. He contributes actively in best practices exchanges on Corporate Real Estate Sustainability.
